Memobase is an electrode management system for pH electrodes that is designed to give users insight into their reliability, performance and estimated lifetime.

Hygienic flowmeters

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: ABB Australia Pty Ltd

The HygienicMaster range of flowmeters is targeted primarily at the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The range provides accurate measurement in hygienic applications ranging from water through to fluids with extreme viscosities, high solid concentrations or low conductivity.

Fluid property analyser

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: Thermal Component Technologies

The Fluid Property Analyser (FPA) is an innovative and robust sensor designed and manufactured by Measurement Specialties which simultaneously and directly measures the viscosity, density, dielectric constant and temperature of fluids.

Pressure switch

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: IMI Precision Engineering

The 50D is an IP65-rated electronic pressure switch suitable for use in pressure ranges -1 to 0 bar, -1 to 1 bar, 0 to 6 bar and 0 to 10 bar. It has two electric outputs with four output options: 2xPNP, 2xNPN, PNP+analog and NPN+analog.

Flow meter

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: ABB Australia Pty Ltd

Part of ABB’s FlowMaster family, ProcessMaster incorporates features providing users enhanced performance with reduced complexity. Available in sizes 3 to 2000 mm, the ProcessMaster range offers a wide choice of liner and electrode options, enabling it to meet the needs of demanding applications.

Temperature and humidity sensors

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: W&B Instruments Pty Ltd

Delta Ohm has released a series of analog and digital temperature and humidity transmitters. The HD9817 series feature compact self-contained transmitters with analog (0-1 V) and digital (RS232 and USB) outputs.

Magnetic inductive flowmeter

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: Kobold Instruments Pty Ltd

The DMI series flowmeter operates on the magneto-inductive principle. With no protrusions into the pipe, conductive liquids and slurries can be measured with virtually no system pressure loss. The DMI is available with a PEEK or PVDF flow tube and Hastelloy C measuring electrodes are standard.

Wireless temperature and humidity system

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: Testo Pty Ltd

The Saveris radio probes measure temperature and humidity. The probes save their measurement data and send it to the central base at regular intervals. If a limit value is exceeded, a radio link is established immediately.

Air and gas flowmeters

05 October, 2008

The PFM range of flowmeters is for use with air and a variety of gases. With flow measurement of air, liquids, even harsh acids and alkalis, the SMC range of flow measurement equipment can provide in situ displays, remote indicators, analog transmission and digital switching. Some models are equipped with flow adjustment to permit the required flowrate to be preset.

Flow sensor for solids

05 October, 2008 | Supplied by: SWR Engineering Messtechnik Pty Ltd

FlowJam is a non-contact flow/no flow sensor for solids. It uses microwave technology to give reliable results under harsh conditions of dust and sunlight. It is a suitable device for detecting solid flows in hoppers, conveyors, screw conveyors, air slides, etc.

Vibrating fork level switch

01 October, 2008 | Supplied by: Kobold Instruments Pty Ltd

The NWS liquid level switch is designed as a 2- and 3-wire switch and can be universally used in vessels and pipelines. The NWS operates on the tuning fork principle in air at resonance frequency. A piezoelectric crystal is used for excitation of oscillations and for monitoring the actual oscillation frequency.
