Leuze electronic MSPi premounted barcode scanner portals

20 September, 2010 | Balluff Pty Ltd

Reading unaligned barcode labels generally requires two or more barcode scanners that are aligned with respect to one another. The MSPi systems from Leuze electronic are modularly structured and mechanically premounted scanner portals. Electrically wired and preconfigured, they are delivered ready to use.

Leuze electronic S410 safety hinge switch

20 September, 2010 | Balluff Pty Ltd

The S400 series of safety hinge switches has been extended in order to simplify the installation further, especially for greater profile thicknesses. The S410 safety hinge switch allows for a greater profile thickness and is also suitable for glass and plastic hoods since the fasteners, which lie further inward at a greater distance to the material’s edge, provide additional stability.

Leuze electronic KRT 3B series contrast scanners

20 September, 2010 | Balluff Pty Ltd

The KRT 3B series contrast scanners from Leuze electronic distinguish between greyscale values, enabling them to detect minimal contrast. As a result, a check can be performed for the presence of text or imprints or so-called marks detected. All three transmitter models - RGB light, white light and laser light - are available in a small construction. In addition to the standard design, the sensors are also available in stainless steel, in the Wash-Down and Hygiene designs.

Leuze electronic HRTU 412 and HRTU 420 ultrasonic scanning scanners

20 September, 2010 | Balluff Pty Ltd

The HRTU 412 and HRTU 420 from Leuze electronic are retro-reflective ultrasonic scanners with extremely short response times. They have three different sound lobes with narrow, normal and wide opening angles. The narrow sound lobes in particular permit the detection of the smallest of objects or the detection through small apertures at short response times of 10 ms. The switching behaviour is largely independent of the surface of the sound-reflecting materials.

Leuze electronic safety cascades

20 September, 2010 | Balluff Pty Ltd

In situations where hand and arm protection requires high accessibility or if stepping behind protection is needed, cascaded safety light curtains are the first choice, for example, at hydraulic press brakes, assembly workstations or engine test benches. Leuze electronic provides a number of different cascades (90° U-shape, 90°/45° L-shape) to suit common applications.
