The spring-engaged, air-released rod locks deliver reliable holding forces up to 22 kN with very low backlash. The generation 2 models are available with an optional magnetic inductive sensor that allows feedback during operation. The magnetic inductive sensor is fastened to a T-slot in the housing to detect rod lock engagement (customer supplied reed switches are also compatible).
