Pepperl+Fuchs UMC3000 ultrasonic washdown sensors
The UMC3000 ultrasonic sensor has a seamless, 100% stainless steel housing and chemically resistant cable system to enable ultrasonic monitoring and control in areas previously considered impossible.
Two housing designs are available: a smooth-barrel, food-grade design to meet the standards of the food and beverage industry, and a 30 mm diameter threaded model suited for agricultural machinery and other outdoor installations. LED indication of target presence and power is standard on all models.
The ultrasonic sensor’s completely sealed design meets IP68/69K standards and European (EHEDG) hygienic design guidelines. They have a fully adjustable sensing range of 200-3000 mm and configurable analog and setpoint output models are available.
