Aplex APC-3228 21.5″ touch-screen panel PC
The APC-3228 21.5″ Intel GM45 Socket P Core2 Duo/Celeron M industrial panel PC from Aplex has been released.
The APC-3228 features a 21.5″ TFT-LCD with a brightness of 250 cd/m2 and a maximum full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. The LCD panel or the optional analog sealed resistive touch screen (APC-3228T) is enclosed in a black metal IP6-compliant front panel offering dust and splash resistance. The rest of the housing has a rating of IP30 and is also constructed of black metal. Supported operating systems include Windows XP, XP Embedded and Windows 7.
The external I/O ports include four USB ports, three DB-9 RS232 ports, a PS/2 keyboard/mouse port, an audio mic-in/line-in/line-out port, two RJ45 ports, a VGA port, a DVI-D port and an HDMI port.
The APC-3228 offers storage in the form of a 2.5″ SATA HDD plus a SATA Combo device with the option of attaching an external CF slot. Expansion is achieved via a PCI 2.3 slot and a Mini-PCIe slot, both of which are external.
