Industrial Video Encoder

The VPort 351 series was designed to meet customer demands for a higher resolution, higher frame rate video networking solution. This 1-channel industrial video server will be available in early March from CrispTech.

Encode video from any standard analog camera and carry it across your existing Ethernet or fibre network. View in any browser window or record for later use.

What is full motion, anyway? "Full motion" is a term that refers to when the video stream is at full resolution and full frame rate. For video surveillance applications, full motion means that the video stream is full D1 (NTSC: 720 x 480; PAL: 720 x 576) resolution and full frame rate (NTSC: 30 FPS; PAL: 25 FPS).

Key Features:

  • MPEG4/MJPEG dual codecs
  • Full D1 (720 x 480 or 576) @ up to 30/25 FPS
  • 2-way audio for voice over IP communication
  • Pre-alarm recording function for better event recording
  • Industrial rugged design with 12/24 VDC, 24 VAC redundant power inputs, IP30 form factor, DIN-Rail Mounting
  • Optional fiber optic Ethernet port (multi mode or single mode) and wide operating temperature range (-40 to 75°C)
  • Industrial safety approvals, such as UL 508, and Class 1, Div. 2 for hazardous environments
