Micro-Epsilon thermoIMAGER TIM 640 infrared camera
The Micro-Epsilon thermoIMAGER TIM 640 performs radiometric image and video recording with high resolutions of 640 x 480 pixels, detecting the smallest thermal defects reliably. The compact 46 x 56 x 90 mm camera housing makes the camera suitable for integration in applications with limited space.
A process interface with analog and digital I/O provides user-friendly process integration. The camera includes the TIM Connect evaluation software and a software development kit (SDK). The temperature range extends from -20 to +900°C with a thermal sensitivity is 75 mK. Industry-specific software enables the monitoring of the smallest components during the running process (inline thermography), especially in plastics injection moulding procedures. The IP67 protected housing has been tested under harsh environmental conditions.
