Swagelok pre-engineered fluid distribution header

14 July, 2011 by

A pre-engineered, fully documented piping system, the Swagelok Fluid Distribution Header (FDH) can serve as a distribution or collection manifold in gas or liquid applications. The FDH is a Swagelok Pre-Engineered Subsystem, part of a series of pre-engineered, preassembled products designed to provide increased efficiency in installation, operation and procurement in fluid systems.

Automation Direct NITRA BVS series modular solenoid valves

08 June, 2011 by

Automation Direct’s NITRA BVS series modular pneumatic solenoid valves are body ported 3-port (3-way) poppet valves available in 2-position, normally open or normally closed configurations.

Burkert AirLINE Ex Type 8650 modular pneumatic automation system

05 May, 2011 by

The AirLINE Ex Type 8650 unit is fully certified for use in explosive or hazard areas with gas or dust atmospheres. The system was developed in cooperation with Siemens, combining with Burkert technology for electropneumatic control that may be deployed directly into zone 1/21 environments (Zone 0).

Festo CPE solenoid valve

28 April, 2010 by

The CPE solenoid valve from Festo can be used as an individual valve and now also on a sturdy aluminium manifold. It is designed to offer a long service life and optimum use of installation space.

SMC Pneumatics Series EX600 I/O system

21 April, 2010

The Series EX600 I/O system now includes the EtherNet/IP protocol.

Metal Work Pneumatic Clever Multimach valve island subsystems

10 March, 2010 by

Metal Work Pneumatic has released the Clever Multimach valves, which can be used to form autonomous and intelligent valve island subsystems. Each valve has a microchip that performs a series of functions connected with the operation and dialog with the other valves in the terminal.

Manifolds for natural gas applications

29 September, 2009 by

Noshok offers several 5-valve manifold options, designed for use with differential pressure transmitters. These manifolds employ two isolation valves, two equalising valves and a vent valve for use in natural gas applications.

Compact serial valve manifold

01 April, 2009 by

When available space is at a premium, as is often the case on machines and in control cabinets, the ability to source a compact, fully centralised, serial controlled valve manifold is essential. The EX250 serial interface provides a compact solution and can use either of the proven SV and VQC series of valves that are available in a number of sizes and flow rates. The EX250 is easily configured with digital input and digital output modules to suit additional control requirements and supports many serial protocols including ethernet, EtherCat, Profibus, DeviceNet, AS-i and Modbus. The EX250 has an IP67 enclosure rating as standard for those wet and dusty areas, which also makes it suitable for out-of-cabinet installation.

Serial valve manifold

01 April, 2009 by

The EX500 serial interface is a cost-effective solution that can use up to four decentralised input blocks and four output blocks to position control where it is most effective.

Serial interface manifold system

01 November, 2008

The IP67-rated EX600 serial interface manifold system offers up to 512 digital inputs and 512 digital outputs, and also offers analog inputs, diagnostics, Speedcon connectors and current industry protocols.

Cassette valve manifolds

05 October, 2008

The SQ series ‘stacking’ style cassette valve manifold range is ideally suited to process industry applications. This compact valve system is available in 10 and 15mm valve widths providing high flow rates of up to 820 L/min (SQ2000 size), making these valve terminals suitable for process applications such as rotary actuators and cylinder operation.

Cassette control valves

05 October, 2008

The VQC series cassette valves are available in three body sizes and with flow capacities ranging from 180 to 2000 L/min and are suited to many applications.

SMC Pneumatics cassette valve manifolds

08 August, 2008

SMC Pneumatics has released the SV series valves manifold segments with multipin connectors. The new style of design provides an easy platform for style and configuration changes to suit most applications. With energy efficient low-power solenoid coils (25 mA at 24 VDC),
