The EX500 serial interface is a cost-effective solution that can use up to four decentralised input blocks and four output blocks to position control where it is most effective.

The EX500 gateway system is available with the ‘low power consumption’ cassette-style SV valve, which is available in a variety of configurations and flow rates and can provide response times as low as 10 ms. The ability to install relay modules direct to the manifolds allows further control of remote positioned devices. The EX500 supports a range of industry standard protocols including ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus and Remote I/O, can provide both NPN and PNP switching and has a range of M8 and M12 connector options.
