After successful 2002 seasons in Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne, Rockwell Automation Australia's travelling trade show and seminar series, Complete Automation on the Move, is coming to Sydney and Perth in 2003. The two-day free event will be held on May 7-8 at the Sydney Showgrounds at Homebush (Southee Pavilion), and on June 4-5 at the Burswood Convention Centre in Perth.

The Fieldbus Foundation has announced that China's state-owned oil company, CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation), and Shell Petrochemicals Company Ltd, will use its technology, Foundation fieldbus, for automation of a new petrochemical complex.
