Danfoss enters alliance with Automation Direct
Danfoss Australia has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Automation Direct Pty Ltd for the sale and support of its VLT FC51 MicroDrive range.
Following an evaluation of the distribution channels available, Danfoss Pacific divisional manager, Brad Pound said: "There was only one organisation with a proven track record in industrial control products that has the ability to provide superior technical support and a highly efficient business model capable of meeting our very high demands."
The partnership will enable the traditional resources of Danfoss Australia to focus on increasing activity in support of the full range modular VS drives type VLT FC100, 200 and 300 series, which are available in power ranges from 0.37 kW to 1.2 MW.
Danfoss service technicians and helpline engineers have worked with the Automation Direct support team to ensure product familiarisation is strong.
