The Honeywell SZL-VL-S-H SPDT limit switch is designed for applications with limited mounting space. These miniature switches are suitable for OEM machinery, which requires a rugged and reliable limit switch that is capable of being mounted in space-restricted applications, such as machine tools, food processing machinery, conveyors, packaging machines and injection moulding machines.

The internal construction of the switches gives full accessibility to the terminals when the cover is removed, thus letting the wiring be completed easily. All SZL-V-S switches come with side rotary actuator heads that may be moved in 90° increments to any of the four directions by removing the head lock screw.

The switch contacts are silver alloy and have a mechanical service life of 5 million operations. Electrical service life is 500,000 operations at the maximum rating of 10 A, 250 V.

Operating speed is 2 m/s over 0.05 mm and maximum electrical operating frequency is 30 operations/min. They are UL and CE certified, and have an IP64 protection rating.
