The Panametrics PT878 portable liquid flowmeter measures from outside plastic, metal or concrete-lined pipes non-intrusively — with no pressure drop, leaks or contamination.

It's suitable for testing liquid flow in manufacturing processes, without costly repairs or changes to plant. Also very rugged, the fully sealed construction rates IP67 for submersibility, ensuring it survives being accidentally dropped into water or other liquids.

  • Flow range 0.03 to 12.2 m/s
  • Up to 32 sets of pipe-data by site
  • Velocity, volumetric, energy and totalised flow
  • Built-in data logger for 100,000 measurements
  • Large LCD
  • Resistive temperature detectors (RTDs) for energy flow measurement
  • Operation with many pipe materials, lined or unlined
  • Rechargeable battery with up to eight hours of continuous operation.
