The testo 735 handheld measuring instrument is designed to enable flexible onsite temperature checks across a wide range of applications, from laboratory work to the calibration of stationary temperature probes.

Depending on the application and probe used, the three-channel instrument measures surface, air or core temperatures. Users can connect up to three probes directly, with three additional probes available via wireless connection as an option. When used with the high-precision Pt100 immersion/penetration probe, system accuracy can reach 0.05°C, with a resolution of 0.001°C.

The instrument is available in two versions. The testo 735-1 is designed for quick measurements and direct onsite documentation. With an optional fast printer, users can print current readings, minimum and maximum values and complete measurement series.

The testo 735-2 also features internal memory for up to 10,000 readings and up to 99 measurement locations. Users can store individual reports or measurement series and then analyse the data in tabular or graphical form using PC software. For applications with stricter traceability requirements, dedicated software enables CFR-compliant processing and documentation of measurement data.

Both versions display minimum, maximum and average values, as well as temperature differences, and provide an audible warning when limit values are exceeded. With an IP65 rating, HACCP compliance and testing in accordance with EN 13485, both versions are designed for demanding applications.
