The Wave TTA Transmitter Trip-Amplifier is programmable to suit any common DC input type.
The trip-amplifier will measure, monitor, convert, filter and isolate the signal — producing a DC analog output proportional to the input. It can be powered from any supply between 18 to 264 V (AC or DC) without modification and has two fully configurable SPDT relay contact outputs capable of handling currents up to 3 A.
The universal inputs allow the user to adjust response times upscale or downscale burnout and up to 100-point linearisation. Outputs are both analog and two SPDT relays. The analog can be re-transmission or isolation, while the relays can be control or alarms with 3 A contact rating and delay and deadband adjustments.
Configuring the input and output parameters is performed from a computer via a USB interface. To further simplify installation and loop commissioning, test terminals are provided to permit input and output signal checks without the need to remove cables.
The trip-amplifier comes in a black Waveseries UL94 V0 housing for mounting on TS35 or TS32 DIN rail with a 45 mm width. Pluggable connectors allow screw or tension clamp wiring.
