Programmable DC electronic load

The Model 8510 DC Electronic Load is fully programmable via the standard RS232 or optional USB interfaces. It is an affordable, full-featured programmable DC electronic load with a high degree of accuracy and outstanding front panel display resolution. It is suitable for testing DC power supplies, power components, batteries, DC-DC converters and battery chargers in the areas of R&D, manufacturing, service and QC.

Outstanding features include: operation between 0-120 VDC, 1 mA - 120 A (600 W max), high resolution (range dependent), bright, easy-to-read display (VFD technology), over-current/over-voltage/over power/over temperature protected, CV/CC/CW/CR operation, RS232 interface cable and software included, optional USB interface cable, thermostat controlled internal fan, battery test capability. It includes the necessary control and firmware capabilities to make it a complete and self-contained solution for automated functional testing and calibration of DC power supplies, DC-DC converters and batteries.
