The SL-91 NEMA 4X specification industrial keyboard from iKey is designed to accommodate rugged applications in manufacturing, materials handling and remote data entry. It features a small footprint 91-key keyboard with a rubber overlay, epoxy-coated keycaps and a plastic face guard that provide an additional layer of protection.

The SL-91 was designed for customers that want a backlit Qwerty keyboard with 10-key number pad in a compact housing. The layout of the SL-91 is user friendly for applications requiring gloves. The spacing between the keys makes it easy for material handlers wearing gloves to make entries without hitting multiple keys at the same time.

The SL-91 measures 286 mm W x 159 mm H x 46 mm D and is constructed in a robust polycarbonate case with a silicon rubber overlay. Rear mounting holes allow the SL-91 to be easily mounted on forklifts and in vehicles and other workstations.

Built to withstand 50 g shock, high vibration, storage temperatures ranging from -40 to +90°C and operating temperatures ranging from -40 to +60°C, the SL-91 also meets NEMA 4X specifications, meaning that it provides a degree of protection against falling dirt, rain, sleet, snow, windblown dust, splashing water, hose-directed water and can be exposed to corrosive liquids for a short period of time. The backlit keys allow for easy use in low light environments.
