Sunday, 01 June, 2008 | Supplied by: M Rutty & Co Pty Ltd

Portescap’s 2-wire brushless motor has been specifically engineered for the micro pump market. The integrated electronic brushless motor offers low operation noise and dependable reliability with the compact design and ease of control associated with brush motors.

Operating voltage from 3 to 15 V allows for maximum flexibility in flow control.

Dual 1.5 mm output shafts are available for dual head pumps and two ball bearings provide reliability.

An optional third wire provides a pulse signal which is used to monitor speed. This allows for better flow monitoring and pump protection in case of a locked rotor.

The speed range is from 3 to 30 K rpm and its size is 16 x 32 mm.
