The high-flow Dimpleflo Modublock heat exchanger is suitable for processing large volumes, up to 200 t of product/h and is capable of handling pressures of up to 580 psi/40 bar.
It uses a bolt-together system to join tubes enabling endless options by adding or reconfiguring the heat exchanger to meet any changed or increased application in the future.
It is made from stainless steel tube-in-tube, making it hygienic and suitable for corrosive environments. Due to its tight involute configuration, the system provides high-efficiency heat transfer of slurries in a compact, cost-effective design.
The design combines a free-draining, compact configuration with high heat transfer coefficients in an overall package that is virtually maintenance free.
It is available in most grades of stainless steel, duplex alloys and titanium to satisfy highly corrosive and abrasive applications and environments.
The heat exchangers are capable of almost any application and can process fluids with up to 85% solids.
