Phoenix Contact CONTACTRON pro hybrid motor starters have additional simple safety integration and modular extension options.
The upstream safety relay ensures a secure stop of the connected motors after an emergency stop up to performance level PLe. Using the DIN rail connector, users can perform an emergency stop group shutdown of all the downstream hybrid motor starters without the need for additional wiring. In addition, all modules can be supplied from the system power supply. The optional response module allows for monitoring the motor status from the control room.
Due to the combination of wear-free semiconductor technology and robust relay technology, the hybrid technology is intended to provide high system availability.
