Beamex MC5-IS intrinsically safe multifunction calibrator
The Beamex MC5-IS is a NATA-certified, intrinsically safe (EEx ia IIC T4) multifunction calibrator specifically designed for use in potentially combustible environments. It provides calibration capability for electrical, pressure, temperature and frequency signals. It is configurable for simple pressure or complex, multifunction pressure, temperature and electrical calibration, including communication with Hart and CMX software.
The electrical module is galvanically isolated from all other modules; however, the temperature and electrical module can generate electrical signals including frequency and pulses as well as measure and generate/simulate mV and Ω signals.
The internal pressure modules (up to 3) range from -1 to 160 bar. With the external pressure modules the calibration capability extends up to 1000 bar.
