The Pepperl+Fuchs EPV-6100-MPM Mini Vent is a compact addition to the 6100 Series motor purge and pressurisation system. Specifically designed for small to medium-sized motors, the mini vent is designed to provide a streamlined solution for hazardous area motor protection without compromising performance or reliability.

With a significantly smaller footprint than the standard vent, the mini vent allows for seamless retrofitting into existing motor housings. This means users can now benefit from the advanced functionality of the 6100 Series without the need for extensive modifications, making it a suitable solution for both new installations and upgrades.

The mini vent offers configurable flow rates ranging from 2000 to 6000 litres per minute and adjustable breaking pressures between 10 and 40 mbar. Using the Pepperl+Fuchs pressure and flow rate selection guide, users can tailor their system to meet specific application needs, for maximum efficiency and safety. Paired with the 6100 motor purge system, the mini vent enables user-selectable operating modes, a digital interface for intuitive setup, real-time pressure and flow monitoring, and alarm notifications. The system also features automatic leakage compensation to maintain consistent operation, even in the event of minor system disruptions.
