EtherCAT Seminar Series comes to Australia in 2026
The EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG) will be presenting a series of seminars in Australia in February 2026.
The aim of the seminar series will be to provide attendees with the latest insights on EtherCAT technology and its industrial applications. The ETG Seminars offer practical insights into EtherCAT, cybersecurity and real-world implementation, supported by success stories and expert guidance throughout the morning.
The seminars will take place on:
- Thursday, 19 February 2026, in Perth
- Tuesday, 24 February 2026, in Melbourne
- Wednesday, 25 February 2026, in Sydney
- Thursday, 26 February 2026, in Brisbane.
The free-of-charge half-day events will run from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and include expert presentations, as well as opportunities for onsite networking and discussion with EtherCAT specialists.
The 2026 seminar programme will cover key EtherCAT concepts and highlight the practical implementation of this technology through:
- Learning about the benefits and challenges of industrial Ethernet.
- Exploring and understanding EtherCAT technology.
- Talking face-to-face with an EtherCAT expert and seeing how EtherCAT can accelerate your application or project.
- Providing educational events from the EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG).
The EtherCAT presentations will be given by Martin Rostan, Executive Director of the EtherCAT Technology Group. This seminar series is sponsored by Balluff Australia, Beckhoff Automation Australia, Kübler Group and SMC Australia.
