Aplex SiER-G2201M Modbus gateway
The Aplex SiER-G2201M Modbus gateway is designed to facilitate communication between devices using different protocols within a factory setting. It supports both Ethernet and RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial interfaces, allowing up to 32 Modbus TCP master and slave mode devices to connect.
The SiER-G2201M features dual COM ports and dual LAN ports and a flexible power backup option ranging from 12–48 VDC, 9–48 VDC and 24 VAC. The device’s transmission capabilities extend up to 100 m with a 10/100BASE-TX RJ45 set-up, supporting both Modbus RTU and ASCII Master/Slave protocols.
A wide operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C is complemented by shock and vibration testing for harsh environments.
