Conti’s range of precision rolled leadscrews is now available.
The rolled finish surface on the screws has roughness of less than 1 micron for all sizes, and working in partnership with the high surface hardness created by the rolling process gives a very small coefficient of friction, when compared to machined screws.
Nuts are produced in 10 different materials in 16 different styles including steel, brass, bronze and plastic to match Conti’s complete range of screws diameters from 10 mm through to 60 mm in left- and right-hand leads. Screws are available in lengths up to 6 m.
Conti screws are available in C45 and C15 carbon steel, as well as A2 and A4 stainless steel for those applications where corrosion protection is desired.
