The Balluff Mounting System forms part of the sensor connection, fixing and positioning accessory range, and is an off-the-shelf system designed to help save time, lower costs and ensure high machine uptime.

The Balluff Mounting System is flexible in its fixing and can be secured to base plates and all standard profiles. Virtually any required solid angle can be accommodated using the available range of accessories. The system includes every conceivable accessory including clamping cylinders, cross-connectors and sensor holders for block-style and tubular sensors, many of which are designed to provide mechanical protection for the sensor.

An example is the eccentric clamp which requires no tools and attaches the sensor with just a click. For secure hold of large heavy sensors the knurled support rods are ideal. If industrial cleaning agents in wash-down environments are being used then the stainless steel range offers high resistance in this aggressive environment.
