The wenglor LBF machine vision LED bar light has been designed to reliably handle demanding inspection tasks with different light sources and high light output to provide stable image quality even at high cycle times. Precise synchronisation with camera exposure and conveyor speed makes it particularly suitable for scanning tunnels, high-speed sorting and dimensional inspection.

With a light output of up to 2.5 million lux at a working distance of 200 mm and a fast rise time of less than 800 ns, the LBF light offers extremely short light pulses and a fast response time so that motion blur is effectively avoided during image recording.

The T-slot mounting on three sides of the LED bar light enables quick and flexible integration into different image processing applications. Mounting adapters and a wide range of other mounting accessories facilitate installation and individual adjustment. Due to the compatibility with angle changers, the beam angle of the LBF bar light can be adjusted in a targeted manner, thereby achieving homogeneous and uniform illumination across the entire visual field.
