Wright Flow Technologies has introduced the Revolution,a clean in place (CIP) hybrid circumferential piston and lobe pump.
Suitable for the sanitary and industrial markets, the positive displacement pumps merge the benefits of lobe and circumferential piston technologies into one platform. The new platform claims to deliver increased product yield, increased lifetime of components, reduced maintenance costs, with good CIP features and standards of hygiene.
The product brings together the benefits of cleanability, improved volumetric efficiency and good, solid handling into one platform. It features capacities to 190 m3/h, differential pressures to 31 bar, with all seals being front replaceable for minimum downtime, a pre-filled, maintenance-free gearbox, a self-draining pump head to minimise product loss and the flexibility that allows the end user to choose the best rotor technology to fit the application.
