SMC Pneumatics HRS series thermochillers
The lightweight and portable HRS series thermochillers are available in three cooling ranges at 1300, 1900 and 2300 W, in both air- and water-cooled models. Temperature stability is ±0.01°C through the range of process temperature requirements from 5 to 40°C.
An easily programmed control panel displays the necessary process parameters, alarms and fault codes. The HRS supports RS232C and RS485 serial communication options with two inputs and three outputs, provides a quiet and reliable cooling solution for most applications and requires only 240 VAC, single-phase power.
As a cooler of process liquids, the HRS chillers have industrial applications in injection moulding machinery, printing machinery, machinery incorporating laser processes (such as laser cutters), food processing technology, liquid chromatography machinery, and solar cell and semiconductor manufacturing.
