Ilme high mating-cycle power connectors
The Ilme RKAX size 21.21 metal housings (bulkhead and surface mounted) and hoods with CLASS single locking lever come together with a wide range of connector inserts for 5 A, 10 A, 16 A and 40 A, and the re-designed RQF/M 05, with integrated HNM screw-type PE terminal.
Ilme’s combined connectors RXC 4/2 and RXC 4/8 can now withstand from 500 to 10,000 mating cycles due to HNM treatment.
The RX7M2D P series of 70 A crimp contacts is now expanded by adding a variant of male contacts with an insulating cap on their tip to provide fingerproof safety (IPXXB or IP20 in combination with the MIXO CX 02 7M module).
The connectors are a suitable solution for those applications with frequent disconnection use, such as test benches, charging systems, or removable tooling equipment activities.
