Machine interfaces and system components that are connected and disconnected several times a day require high-performance connectors. The Ilme RSH and RDSH ILME inserts are designed to maximise ease of use and minimise systems downtime.
These inserts combine the special gold plating and lubrication features typical of the Ilme HNM (High Number of Matings) series with the ILME proprietary SQUICH technology that provides tool-less connection, fast wiring and high resistance to vibration.
The contacts offer galvanic high-performance gold plating for 10,000 mating cycles. RSH inserts come in 6, 10, 16 and 24 poles, while RDSH inserts have the highest contact density with 9, 18, 27 or 42 poles. Each contact has a probing point for multimeter measurements on each contact and the RDSH inserts have an additional coding system.
