Gloi ALiSENSOR level and flatness testing system
The Gloi ALiSENSOR is a precision level measurement system that is designed for complex geometrical measurements of high accuracy. Wireless connectivity to iOS units allows the user to quickly and easily analyse measurement data via the included iPad. It is available to rent from TechRentals.
Typical applications include machine tooling and precision manufacturing for straightness, squareness, flatness, spindle parallelism, spindle perpendicularity, shaft level and shaft plumb.
Angle can be measured to .001° and flatness can be determined to 0.0025 mm. Accuracy is ±0.5% + 1 digit.
The system comes with the unit mounted on a 100 mm base in a rugged and padded case with start-up guide and a charging cable, and includes a magnetic fixture.
