The GE Panametrics PM880 industrial moisture analyser is an IP67-rated hygrometer used in conjunction with the supplied TF moisture probe to measure moisture in gases and non-aqueous liquids. It is available to rent from TechRentals.
The PM880 is intrinsically safe, battery powered and rugged. It utilises proven aluminium oxide moisture sensor technology to measure moisture dewpoint in gases and dissolved water in hydrocarbon liquids. The large LCD screen displays dewpoint, moisture concentration, pressure and temperature.
The PM880 has a dewpoint calibrated measurement range -80 to 20°C with data to -110°C. Pressure range is 7–69 bar limited by sensor, gauge and safety-valve (operating range from 5 µHg). TechRentals supplies the PM880 with a compact sample system including gauge, safety valve, sampling valve and fittings. Data logging supports up to 100,000 moisture points, with download via an infrared port and software.
