The Cavity/Bore Hole Pan Tilt Camera, available to rent from TechRentals, is an underwater vertical camera for fast and clear visual inspections. It enables the quick discovery of suspect objects, defects, cracks and blockages in pipes, inside walls, drains, cavities and water tanks, reticulation systems, bore holes, pylons, air ducts and ventilation systems.

The camera has a Sony HD image sensor housed in a casing that is waterproof to 8 bar or 80 m, with a 360/180 degree pan/tilt capability and 120 degree FOV with LED lighting. The camera head has a diameter of 50 mm, a length of 150 mm and is attached to 100 m soft cable specifically designed for vertical deployment.

Further features include a 20 cm colour LCD monitor with video output, file playback and video capture (MPEG4). It can be powered via mains or onboard battery, and the unit features a text overlay function with built-in keyboard.
