LAPP Australia is introducing a range of Wieland Electric HMI (human-machine interface) ECO touch panels to visualise status reports and diagnostic information during machine operation.
Critical machine status information is immediately visible to the operator to reach the highest level of overall equipment effectiveness.
HMI panels allow smooth operation of a machine and, in case of a machine failure, enable the initiation of adequate countermeasures, since all important machine data are available.
The HMI panels feature plug-and-play software drivers for common control systems to enable flexible communication and fast connection. They have built-in software drivers for more than 40 PLC manufacturers, including companies such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens and Beckhoff.
The software has six parallel connections and can toggle between master or slave mode with one click. All HMI ECO Touch Panels come with a three-month free trial licence for the HMI software.
