The HYDAC FCU 1000 Series fluid control unit is a rugged and portable solution for short-term, onsite measurement of particle contamination, water saturation and fluid temperature in hydraulic systems and diesel fuels.

Designed for service, maintenance and diagnostics, the FCU 1000 features an integrated pump and hoses that allow easy sampling from control circuits, pressure lines and unpressurised tanks with minimal set-up. The unit provides cleanliness ratings in accordance with ISO, SAE and NAS standards, and stores timestamped data that can be quickly downloaded to a PC or analysed using HYDAC’s FluMoS software.

Compact, the FCU 1000 enables technicians to gain fast and accurate insights into fluid condition, helping to optimise uptime and prevent costly failures.
