Fluke 810 rotating machine vibration tester

The Fluke 810 vibration tester quickly identifies and prioritises mechanical problems with a simple output, which reports pass or fail on machinery condition in order to avoid expensive breakdown and repair costs. It is available to rent from TechRentals.

It can be used to test rotating machinery to determine the status of gear wear, to troubleshoot equipment to understand the cause of failure, or to commission new equipment.

The Fluke 810 gives a fault severity scale with four severity levels for prioritisation, and includes a triaxial accelerometer and laser tachometer. It has 2 GB of expandable onboard memory, and can store reports and FFT images to a PC.
