The T-connector is an IP65 classified pre-wired connector where two or more electro-mechanical switches, VS4128, are serially connected to provide one common output.
Duraflex friction cups are designed to provide strong grip on oily and wet surfaces and they are particularly suitable for the automotive and whitegoods manufacturing industries.
The BL40-5 suction cup is a silicone cup with reinforced bellows and a long, thin lip designed for pick-and-place applications, mainly in the food industry, and specifically optimised to handle difficult bags - bags that are filled with liquids or with material that is not in one piece such as heavy pet food bags, bags with frozen food or bags of rice or pasta.
The PIAB Vactrap COAX is a check valve with an integrated Pi12-2 COAX cartridge for decentralised systems and a built-in blow-off valve to provide a quick release of objects.
The Vactivator V10 is a vacuum handling cylinder featuring automatic stroke control. The cylinder is available in V10/20 article number 01.12.645, with a stroke of 0-20 mm.
The Vactrap is a check valve which is also equipped with a built-in blow-off valve to provide quick release of an object. It is also available in a special version in which the vacuum pump and blow-off connections are interconnected (x-drilled), making it suitable for ejectors with an integrated blow-off valve, such as PIAB’s AVM models. The Vactrap can be used in an existing centralised vacuum system with external blow-off possibilities and it is also possible to get it with an integrated Pi12-2 COAX cartridge for decentralised vacuum systems.

Piab’s BL30-4 suction cup is the smallest suction cup in the BL40-4 family of suction cups which are specially designed for bag handling. The BL30-4P is a suction cup which features long and flexible bellows and a long and thin lip, and is intended mainly for handling lightweight products where high application speed is required.
The P6040 pump can reduce energy costs by up to 25% or more compared to other methods of generating a vacuum. With flexible mounting options, an extensive performance range and optional control functions, the P6040 is highly adaptable and suitable for most industrial vacuum applications.
The Mini and Midi Coax silencers have been developed by Piab so that users can enjoy a lower sound level when using the Coax cartridges for direct integration or when using them on the Vacuum Gripper Systems VGS or the pump unit PMAT/Vactrap platforms.
The VS4128 and VS4118 mini vacuum switches have been developed for industries and applications with high demands on durability, such as automotive body-in-white assembly. These aluminium switches are part of Piab’s program of vacuum pumps for decentralised systems. They are preset switches with digital output and built-in LED that indicates status.
The C2100-64, compact vacuum conveyor is engineered to be small yet powerful. It quietly and hygienically conveys powder and bulk materials in production areas with confined space or in buildings with very low ceilings. Powered by Coax technology, the C2100-64 is able to transport up to 1.0-1.5 t/h of powders or granular material.
The VGS series of products comprises three gripper system sizes: 2010, 3010 and 5010. Each system utilises an integrated COAX cartridge, designed to position vacuum power precisely where it's needed, making maximum use of energy and increasing speed by eliminating line losses and inefficiencies
The PIAB Cruise Control (PCC) automatically maintains a pre-set level of vacuum to ensure that a consistent vacuum level is provided at the suction point. The PCC allows the pump to always only consume the energy that the optimised vacuum level requires.
The automatic vacuum management (AVM) system is an integrated control option for highly automated systems using the Piab P6010 vacuum pump.
