Exair’s atomising spray nozzles are internal mix nozzles that atomise fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses. They combine liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomised liquid that can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of your application.
The Super Air Wipe from Exair produces a 360° airstream that can blowoff, dry, clean or cool the material passing through it. The split design can be clamped around continuously moving material such as wire, cable, pipe, hose and extruded shapes.
Exair’s modular E-Vac vacuum generators are a series of compressed air-powered vacuums for lifting, pick-and-place, clamping, chucking and surface-mounting applications. The vacuum pumps provide instantaneous response and are available in many sizes that provide a variety of vacuum levels and flow rates. They are maintenance free and have no moving parts to wear out.
The Exair Peek Super air nozzle delivers strong blowing force while providing non-marring protection should it come in contact with other surfaces. The engineered thermoplastic construction offers resistance to chemicals, fatigue and temperatures up to 160°C. Applications include part drying, machinery and parts cleaning, chip removal, part ejection, liquid blowoff and cooling hot parts.
The Exair Summing Remote Display for the Digital Flowmeter makes it easy to monitor compressed air consumption from a convenient location. With the push of a button, the display cycles to show the current air consumption, usage for the previous 24 hours and total cumulative usage. Regular monitoring of the air usage of a machine, process or department makes it possible to identify costly leaks or inefficient air products.
Exair’s Long Super Air Knives produce a laminar sheet of airflow to blowoff, dry or cool wide surfaces up to 2.4 m. The compact, energy-efficient design minimises compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. It is suitable for use on wide parts, webs and conveyors.
Exair’s single air nozzle Super Blast Safety Air Gun delivers 10,432 g of blowing force, equivalent to the force of 30 ordinary air guns. It is suitable for long-distance, wide-area blowoff, drying and cooling applications.
Pipetite’s pneumatic grommet is a sealing technology suitable for use on air line penetrations through sheet steel. It can seal a connection while allowing for significant movement of the tube. Installation is simple and a large range of sizes is available.
Exair’s Adjustable E-Vac is a series of low-cost, compressed air powered vacuum generators where the vacuum and flow rates can be easily adjusted to suit the application requirements. The vacuum pumps are suitable for a wide variety of pick-and-place, box opening, clamping, lifting, chucking and surface mounting applications. They are maintenance free and have no moving parts to wear out.
Exair’s 1¼" Super Air Nozzle delivers 4252 g of force when mounted 305 mm away from the target. The force is more than 12 times that of ordinary air nozzles, making it suitable for blowing heavy materials or for applications where the air nozzle can’t be mounted close to the surface to be blown off, dried or cooled.
Exair’s 48" (1219 mm) Super Ion air knife neutralises static electricity while blowing away dust and particulates from printed surfaces, paper, plastics and 3D shapes. The wide laminar airstream full of static-eliminating ions is effective at high speeds and provides good cleaning up to 6.1 m away.
