Exair’s Adjustable E-Vac is a series of low-cost, compressed air powered vacuum generators where the vacuum and flow rates can be easily adjusted to suit the application requirements. The vacuum pumps are suitable for a wide variety of pick-and-place, box opening, clamping, lifting, chucking and surface mounting applications. They are maintenance free and have no moving parts to wear out.

High-force nozzle

Exair’s 1¼" Super Air Nozzle delivers 4252 g of force when mounted 305 mm away from the target. The force is more than 12 times that of ordinary air nozzles, making it suitable for blowing heavy materials or for applications where the air nozzle can’t be mounted close to the surface to be blown off, dried or cooled.

Wide surface static eliminator

Exair’s 48" (1219 mm) Super Ion air knife neutralises static electricity while blowing away dust and particulates from printed surfaces, paper, plastics and 3D shapes. The wide laminar airstream full of static-eliminating ions is effective at high speeds and provides good cleaning up to 6.1 m away.
