Spraying System's ultraclean tank machine provides a cleaning fluid-operated tank cleaning device which can be used for tankers, railway wagons, reactors, food process and pharmaceutical tanks, blenders and storage tanks, including clean-in-place applications.

The machine weighs 6.8 kg and can be introduced into vessels and tanks with openings of 152 mm in diameter. The machine is constructed almost entirely of 316 stainless steel and its wetted parts are suitable for food-grade materials.

It comprises a central body housing an impeller, actuated by the cleaning fluid, which drives a planetary gear box that in turn performs two important functions: that of gradually rotating the body and, via a bevel gear box, rotating the twin-jet assembly to provide tank surface coverage.

The vessel or tank has its surfaces criss-crossed by jets which provide intense cleaning.

The machine is available in four basic variations permitting fluid flow rates from 60 to 492 L/min (pressures from 2 to 12 bar), cleaning diameters from 4 to 26 m, and cycle times from 6 to 42 minutes.
