Cormack Anest Iwata's range of high transfer efficiency spray guns has been expanded with the AZ10 HTE.

The gun is part of the Air Gunsa stable and is licensed by Anest Iwata to use its High TEC (transfer efficiency control) technology for EPA compliant spray guns. The gun is capable of transfer efficiencies of up to 93.8%, which translate to sizable savings in paint usage.

The gun is 20% lighter than earlier Air Gunsa HTE units. The reduced weight allows more manoeuvrability and reduces operator fatigue.

A suction or pressure feed spray gun, the AZ10 HTE is available in different configurations, to allow the application of different coatings. The spray gun features a new inlet air valve, as standard.

The fluid needle and fluid nozzle are made of 303 stainless steel, making the spray gun suitable for water borne coatings. The fluid needle packing is made of PTFE (teflon). As well, the body is coated in PTFE, for easy cleaning.
