Rotary and linear position transducer
Celesco's DeviceNet-enabled linear position transducers, which include the PT1DN, the PT5DN, the PT8DN, and the PT9DN models, are available in full stroke ranges from as small as 50 mm up to over 42 m.
The rotary position transducers, including the RT8DN and the RT9DN, have been designed to withstand harsh factory environments, and are available in measurement ranges from 45° up to 200 turns.
Easy installation is maintained by the standard DeviceNet 5 pin micro connectors that plug directly into a DeviceNet-enabled network (extra connectors and cordsets are available).
Each position sensor is addressable via the MAC ID (node address) that can be set over the network or via internal switch settings. Baud rates can also be set over the network, or via DIP switches, and are available at 125, 250 and 500 Kbps.
