H2O Rx's pH alarm and data logger unit provides a simple solution for managers to control pH levels of trade wastewater from their commercial and industrial sites.

The pH alarm and data logger is a system designed to provide pH monitoring at the point of discharge from trade wastewater treatment plants. The system consists of a lockable weather-resistant enclosure and a pH sensor. The pH probe can be fitted inline or submersed in a retention tank via the optional submersible probe holder. The pH-AD enclosure houses a dual setpoint pH controller unit, an alarm and a data logger.

The setpoints of the controller unit are set just within the pH discharge limits - set by the relevant authority. If the pH level of the discharge reaches these 'tighter' limits, the alarm is raised allowing the plant operator to manually dose a pH correcting chemical to ensure that there is no breach.

An automatic dosing system is also an option that can automatically correct the pH level to keep it within limits. However, if a breakdown occurs, the alarm will notify the plant operator.
