The KB Genesis range of digital inverter drives is compact, easy to set up and provides a solution for variable speed control of motors up to 22 kW.

There are three series of inverter drives within the range. The KBE2 series features single-phase 240 VAC input for 0.18 to 2.2 kW three-phase AC motor control. The three digit LED display and digital keypad provides simple, direct operation and set-up. Remote operation is achieved via isolated terminals for start/stop, forward/reverse, and analogue I/O. Drives are available with built-in filters in IP20 or IP65 ratings.

The KBN2 range is available for 415 VAC input for 0.75 to 22 kW three-phase motors. The KBN2 has the features of the KBE2 drives as well as enhanced programmable features such as pre-set speeds, process timers, sequence control functions, and a four digit LED that can be remote mounted. Opti-onal RS-232/485 communications with Windows-based software allows for simple set-up of one or more drives. These drives are available in IP20 or IP65 ratings. The KBV2 range of drives provides control for 0.18 up to 22 kW three-phase motors. The keypad provides direct programming and custom readouts. Sensorless and closed loop flux vector control provides for motor control. Built-in RS-232/485 communications and optional DeviceNet, a Profibus and Lonworks protocol allows simple system connectivity, with the built-in PID loop providing process control solutions.
