Insul-System by Matrix Process Solutions is suitable for use on hot or cold product, process and utility lines.

Manufactured in Australia, the standard 6 m lengths with AS1528-316L stainless steel cores make this product suitable for food and beverage contact through a wide range of temperature profiles and applications. Other core materials are available on request to suit specific application requirements.

Insul-System is available standard with white or galvanised spiral wound external cladding, with kits available to accommodate bends, T-s and other service penetration requirements.

The Insul-System insulation is polyurethane-based with a density of 65 kg/m3. Process cost savings can be expected after installation of Insul-System as reduced heat loss/gains are realised into increased production rates and lower energy costs.
