Compact blower series

The FB 440 C and FB 620 C blower models in the Compact series, FAD range have 1.5 to 58 m3/min at vacuum down to 500 mbar or pressure up to 1000 mbar. They are fitted with the blower block with the Omega Profile and are space-saving.

The series will be extended when the FB 790 C becomes available. This machine, with an installed motor power of 110 kW, pushes the delivery capacity of the range up to 74 m3/min.

The blowers are suitable for operation in pneumatic conveying, in the vacuum field, in sewage treatment plant and for filter back flushing in drinking water treatment.

The valves are integrated in the package, so no additional space is needed. The automatic belt tensioner ensures good power transmission and reduces maintenance.

The sound enclosure fan with its own motor ensures efficient cooling, even under extreme load conditions.

An improved design of inlet air ducting brings a further advantage; greater airflow for a lower power consumption.

All maintenance work can be carried out from the front, so the possibility of installing several adjacent blowers results in further space savings.

Inlet and discharge silencers cut noise over all frequencies, and the three-lobe rotor design minimises noise and pulsation tendencies. Super silencing is also available to reduce noise levels even further by about 3 dB.
