The EX9018P analog input module accepts up to eight selectable mA, voltage or J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, C, L, M thermocouple inputs and the EX9033D has up to three RTD inputs, both converting them to a 16 bit, RS232 or RS485 interface signal.

There is a dual onboard watchdog timer and a 3000 V I/O isolation is standard. Powered by 10-30 VDC, the Expert interface devices can be DIN rail mounted and come in a compact enclosure with easily accessible plug-in terminals.

Expert also has optional devices to convert the RS232/485 data to Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII or ethernet. The Expert Analog input modules are suitable for any application where an analog input signal needs to be converted to a digital signal for viewing on a SCADA system or directly into a PLC.
