Emerson Process Management has opened a process instrumentation technical centre in Bao’an China, to meet increasing demand for automation technology and support the region’s rapidly growing infrastructure.

The centre will undertake expanded high-technology capabilities, including research, evaluation, product R&D and testing of process instrumentation.

With the doubling of floor space from a 2350 m2 facility in Chuang Ye 2nd Road to 5200 m2 area, the new technical centre adds to Emerson’s existing ISO 9001:2000-certified manufacturing facility to create a fully integrated process control instrumentation facility in China.
