Danaher Corporation buys Willett International

Willett International Limited announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Danaher Corporation.

Willett International, with approximately $110 million in revenues, is a manufacturer and marketer of product identification equipment and consumables.

Australasian spokesperson for Willett International Limited, Gerry Harvey added that Dy-Mark Pty Ltd would continue to be the sole distributor of the Willett range of product identification solutions and that it would be business as usual.

Ben Gillespie, Director of Dy-Mark Pty Ltd reaffirmed that comment by adding that Dy-Mark has already established themselves as a key player in the product identification market in Australia and has extensive experience and expertise in this field.

"Dy-Mark have been the sole agent for Willett product identification products now for over 13 years and have installed and serviced hundreds of Willett machines throughout Australia and New Zealand," Gillespiesaid.

Willett International currently serves the world's product identification market through a network of 25 countries, 26 sales companies and authorised distributors in more than 50 countries.
