Measuring 22.5 mm in width, The Pilz PNOZ m C0 standalone base unit from the PNOZmulti2 safety controller range is designed to provide high performance in a slim format for applications where space is limited.
With eight freely configurable safe inputs and four safe semiconductor outputs, the PNOZ m C0 can monitor up to four safety functions. Depending on the application, it supports safety levels up to PL e (EN ISO 13849-1) and SIL CL 3 (EN IEC 62061).
Whether in packaging, robotics or the food and beverage sector, the PNOZ m C0 offers a high-performance, cost-effective solution for small machines.
As machine safety requirements grow, users can seamlessly migrate from the compact PNOZ m C0 to modular, expandable base units such as the PNOZ m B0, PNOZ m B0.1 or PNOZ m B1 — each designed to support more complex safety architectures.
Designing safety circuits is made more straightforward with the PNOZmulti Configurator software tool, providing access to a wide range of certified software blocks — whether it’s for emergency stop, safety gate monitoring, light curtain or two-hand control, configuration aims to be intuitive and to be completed quickly and easily.
